6. Session replay and payment pages
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand navigation, clicks, scrolling, technical errors and other Website interactions through aggregated analytics, heatmaps and session replay. We configure Clarity to mask form fields and exclude pages containing card-entry fields. Clarity is not used by us to collect complete payment-card details.
Airwallex processes card information through its payment interface. Airwallex may collect device, browser, network and transaction information for payment authentication, fraud prevention, security and regulatory purposes. Its own privacy notice applies to its handling of that information.
7. Technologies we may introduce
We may in future use Meta Pixel and Custom Audiences, Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking, TikTok Pixel, Google Customer Match or enhanced conversions, and Google reCAPTCHA or a comparable security tool. Listing a technology in this section does not mean that it is currently active.
Before activating a new non-essential technology, we will assign it to the appropriate consent category, prevent it from operating before consent where required and update the Website’s Cookie Settings or this Policy where necessary. A future security technology may be treated as strictly necessary only to the extent that it is genuinely required to protect a form, account, payment or booking function.
